The service was excellent. I placed an order online in the aftertoon for delivery that same day. Since I am from out of town and had doubts that it could occur, I called the florist to confirm. I was happy to learn that the order had arrived and was assured that the arrangement would be delivered that same afternoon. It was -- and the arrangement was as beautiful as the picture I had seen on the website. I will use this florist again, no doubt. Flowers were gorgeous (as always). Love the video card option!! Please keep that. Enhancement idea: allow us to upload videos from a device (rather than just record), would be great to put together a custom movie rather than a straight 30 second recording.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
